Block 1: Peak Performance Foundation

Block 1 focuses on the acquisition of the Peak Performance framework and practical skills to implement on a daily basis.

The main outcomes include the foundations of a peak performance mindset, the ability to self-impose critical focus and increased confidence. Clients develop the ability to distance themselves from the ‘noise,’ which often disrupts the ability to be in the peak performance zone.

Measures for success include Peak Performance Assessment and client-driven matrices.
